By accessing VISTA through the ONE-VA VPN, our coders can review any electronic record and enter the correct Provider, CPT, and ICD-9 results into PCE.
Remote Coding Steps:
Client sends list to be coded
We review records in VISTA
We enter correct codes and provider in PCE
Client may bill from PCE
We can utilize QuadraMed Software
We are willing to come on-site (at our expense) to review and finalize all details of the remote coding contract.
